The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Pleasures Intense by Estée Lauder was launched in 2002, crafted by perfumer Annie Buzantian. This fragrance opens with a bright and fresh green lily and peony, interwoven with the sweet notes of black currant and cassis, creating an effervescent top layer. The heart of the composition is dominated by floral accords such as jasmine, tiare flower, and Moroccan rose, which add a soft, romantic touch. As it develops on the skin, woody and spicy undertones from vanilla, styrax, and benzoin provide warmth and depth, rounding out the overall experience.

How to wear it

Apply Pleasures Intense in light layers for a balanced experience. The bright top notes are prominent initially but give way to the warm, woody base notes after about an hour. It pairs well with daytime wear, where its fresh floral and sweet warmth can complement any professional setting.
