Golden Amber by Floris, a new fragrance launched in 2024 and crafted by perfumer Nicola Pozzani, is a sophisticated blend of amber, woody, aromatic, floral, sweet, fresh spicy, fruity, and warm spicy accords. The scent opens with the brightness of fig and cassis, followed by bergamot and almond blossom, creating an initial freshness that gives way to rose geranium and neroli. As it settles, the composition reveals a warm heart of amber, sandalwood, tonka, and patchouli, grounding the fragrance in rich, earthy tones. This new offering from Floris, a house known for its royal heritage since 1730, brings a modern twist to traditional elegance.
Apply Golden Amber with a light hand — its top notes are bright but brief. The heart notes develop after about an hour, so allow time for them to unfold fully. This fragrance is best worn close to the skin for a more intimate experience.

Nicola Pozzani studied perfumery under Jean-Claude Ellena at the Università dell'Immagine in Milan, then began his career at Symrise before working with Acqua di Parma, Le Labo, BMW, and The Merchant of Venice.
