The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2014 by Roja Dove, Amber is an Oriental fragrance that marries warm spices with rich vanilla and cacao, creating a composition that feels both comforting and complex. The opening notes of orange and lavender are balanced by the aromatic presence of bergamot and geranium, giving way to a heart where rose and Amber blend into a blend of warmth and depth. Patchouli, sandalwood, coumarin, labdanum, benzoin, and cedar provide an earthy base that grounds the sweet and spicy elements.
This fragrance is best applied in moderation; a light spritz allows the rich base notes to develop slowly. The cacao and vanilla are particularly warm, so it reads well in cooler environments but can feel overpowering on hotter days.
