Launched in 2015 by Roja Dove, NüWa 2015 Edition is a complex oriental fragrance that balances fresh and warm spicy notes with rich florals and vanilla. The composition opens with the bright zing of bergamot and grapefruit before diving into the heart of rose de mai, orange blossom, and jasmine. These floral elements create an opulent embrace, while sandalwood, benzoin, and Peru balsam provide a grounding warmth that settles into a base of vanilla and cloves. The result is a scent that feels both classic and modern.
One spray is sufficient for this fragrance as it develops quickly on the skin. The spicy notes are most pronounced initially but give way to the heart and base notes within an hour. It pairs well with layered clothing or jackets, allowing the warmth of the base notes to come through.
