The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2018 by Lancôme and crafted by perfumer Christophe Raynaud, Oranges Bigarades is a vibrant Citrus Aromatic fragrance that captures the essence of fresh orange and bergamot. The composition opens with bright, zesty notes of bitter orange and bergamot, creating an invigorating freshness that cuts through any dullness. As it evolves, hints of jasmine and hedione add a delicate floral touch, while black tea brings a subtle spiciness. The base notes of vanilla and sandalwood provide warmth and depth, rounding out the fragrance with a cozy, comforting finish.
One or two sprays is sufficient for this fragrance to shine. The bright top notes are short-lived but impactful, so aim for close-to-skin application to enjoy the warm base notes throughout the day. It's best suited for daytime wear when its freshness can truly stand out.
