Iris Celadon by Giorgio Armani, launched in 2017 and crafted by Marie Salamagne, is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance that balances warmth with sophistication. Opening with aldehydes and bergamot, the composition quickly transitions into a heart of iris and cardamom, creating an intriguing tension between crisp freshness and earthy depth. The base notes of patchouli, musk, and ambrette add a rich, powdery finish that grounds the fragrance in a subtle yet enduring warmth.
Iris Celadon projects best when applied to pulse points; it blooms gradually over time. One or two sprays are sufficient for daytime wear as the aldehydes and bergamot fade within an hour, leaving the warm base notes to carry through the evening.
