Launched in 2020, Ocean di Gioia by Giorgio Armani is a Floral Fruity fragrance created by perfumers Marypierre Julien and Sonia Constant. It opens with bright pear and green notes, leading to a heart of water jasmine and lily-of-the-valley that feels like a breath of fresh air. The base notes of salt, rose, musk, and sandalwood add depth and warmth, creating a contrast between the crispness of the top and the enveloping embrace of the base.
Apply two sprays for a balanced presence — the bright top notes will fade after an hour or so, but the musky and woody base will linger throughout the day. It's best suited for daytime wear when you want a fresh yet warm scent that evolves subtly.
