The story behind the bottle.
Purple Suede, launched in 2022 by Goldfield & Banks Australia and crafted by perfumer Ilias Ermenidis, is a complex interplay of leather and woody accords with an aromatic twist. The composition opens with the sharp crispness of lavender and pink pepper before transitioning into a heart of leatherwood, hyssop, and coriander. The base notes of oud, cashmeran, amber, patchouli, civet, and oakmoss create a rich, animalic warmth that lingers on the skin. This fragrance embodies the essence of Australian landscapes, blending the rugged earthiness with subtle aromatic nuances.
Apply one or two sprays to pulse points. The aromatic top notes dissipate quickly, so the heart and base notes will dominate within minutes. This fragrance is best worn close to skin for an intimate experience rather than a wide sillage.
