The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Christine Nagel created Paddock for Hermès in 2024, capturing the distinctive olfactory atmosphere of the Saut Hermès stables. The fragrance evokes the sweet freshness of hay and straw with a touch of musky warmth from carrot seeds. This green and powdery scent transports you to an arena where riders and horses prepare, blending the honeyed accents of hay with amber notes for a sense of elegance and emotion.

How to wear it

Apply Paddock lightly — its green and amber notes develop close to skin over time. It's best suited for daytime wear when you want a subtle yet elegant presence.
