The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2011 by Hugo Boss, BOSS The Collection Velvet Amber is an Oriental fragrance crafted by perfumer Annick Ménardo. This composition opens with a warm and inviting balsamic accord that gives way to the rich, enveloping notes of amber and vanilla, creating a deeply comforting scent experience. A powdery and woody base adds a subtle depth, making this fragrance both elegant and familiar.
Apply Velvet Amber to pulse points for a lasting warmth that evolves throughout the day. The balsamic top notes are bright but fleeting, so focus on the woody base which carries the fragrance well into the evening.
