Launched in 2020 and crafted by perfumer Anne Flipo, Midnight Musk & Amber by Jo Malone London is an aromatic fragrance that navigates the tension between freshness and warmth. Juniper leads with a bright, crisp note that feels like a cool night breeze through city streets. The heart of amber adds depth and richness, while black musk anchors the composition with its powdery, slightly animalic notes. This contrast creates a scent that oscillates between an invigorating start and a cozy, enveloping finish.
One to two sprays are sufficient as the juniper top note fades relatively quickly. The black musk base develops slowly, so let it settle for about an hour before reapplying if you want a more pronounced warmth. This fragrance reads better close to skin than in a room.
