The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2022 by Jo Malone London, Rose & Magnolia Cologne is a creation by perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui that marries the delicate floral notes of magnolia and rose with earthy patchouli and warm amber. The composition opens with the fresh, airy scent of magnolia before transitioning to the heart of May Rose and Damask Rose, which bring both sweetness and depth. Grounded by the rich, woody base notes of patchouli and amber, this fragrance captures a sense of serene sophistication.
Apply one to two sprays to your pulse points. The top note of magnolia is fleeting, so it's important to let the heart notes of May Rose and Damask Rose develop over time. This fragrance pairs well with daytime activities and reads best close to skin.
