Hamid Merati-Kashani crafted Oudgasm Vanilla Oud | 36 Hair Mist by Kayali Fragrances, a composition that marries the warmth of vanilla with the complexity of oud. Launched in 2025, it opens with saffron and praline, giving way to green pear and jasmine before settling into an enveloping base of vanilla sugar, white musk, and cashmere wood. The metallic and powdery notes add a layer of sophistication that keeps the fragrance from feeling overly sweet or heavy.
Given its richness, one or two spritzes are sufficient. The praline and green pear notes fade quickly, so it’s best applied just before stepping out for the base notes to take center stage. This fragrance is particularly suited for evenings when you want a warm and inviting scent close to your skin.
