The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016, Jeu d'Amour l'Elixir by Kenzo is an Oriental Floral fragrance that captures the essence of an indulgent treat wrapped in floral warmth. Created by perfumers Daphné Bugey and Christophe Raynaud, this scent opens with a burst of blackberry and citrus fruits before diving into the heart notes of tuberose and jasmine. The base layers of caramel, vanilla, rum, patchouli, and sandalwood add depth and sweetness, creating an indulgent yet floral composition that is both comforting and alluring.
Jeu d'Amour l'Elixir is best experienced close to the skin. The top notes are fleeting but vibrant, while the base notes take time to develop fully. For optimal wear, apply it lightly on pulse points where body heat can help coax out its rich caramel and floral nuances.

Christophe Raynaud
Architect first, craftsman secondChristophe Raynaud is a perfumer who describes himself as a craftsman with the sensitivity of an artist. He begins each fragrance with a raw olfactory block, working for hours to shape it as a sculptor would — first as architect, then as craftsman.
“At first, I am the architect, and then I become the craftsman.”
