Launched in 2015 and crafted by perfumer Maurice Roucel, Wild by Kenzo is a vibrant floral scent that captures the essence of fresh energy and natural beauty. The fragrance opens with the zesty zest of pink grapefruit and pomegranate, which cuts through the air like a burst of sunlight. At its heart, peony and orange blossom blend into a soft, warm embrace, while green almond adds an unexpected freshness. As it settles, musk and cedar create a woody base that grounds the composition with subtle earthiness.
Wild’s top notes are bright but brief, so apply two sprays to ensure that the floral heart and woody base can develop fully. It reads best close to skin rather than across a room, making it ideal for daytime wear when you want a fresh, invigorating scent.
