Launched in 2022, La Vie est Belle L'Éveil by Lancôme is a floral fruity gourmand fragrance created by the perfumers Olivier Polge, Anne Flipo, and Dominique Ropion. This scent opens with an aromatic blend of orange blossom and jasmine sambac before settling into a heart of iris and vanilla, creating a balance between sweetness and warmth. The base notes of patchouli and earthy accords add depth, grounding the composition in a lush, comforting embrace.
Apply this fragrance in light layers, as the gourmand notes can be quite pervasive. It blooms best close to skin, so aim for pulse points like wrists and neck. For longevity, reapply after a few hours rather than layering heavily at once.
