The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2015, La Vie Est Belle L'Eau de Parfum Intense by Lancôme is a Floral Fruity Gourmand fragrance created by perfumers Anne Flipo and Dominique Ropion. The composition opens with bright pear and pink pepper, leading into a heart of iris, tuberose, ylang-ylang, orange blossom, and jasmine sambac that reads as lush and enveloping. The base notes of whipped cream and hazelnut add a touch of gourmand warmth, creating an overall effect that is both sweet and complex.
Apply this fragrance in layers for maximum impact. The bright fruity top notes are fleeting, but they introduce the heart and base notes beautifully. A second application after an hour ensures that the gourmand warmth lingers throughout the day.
