Nurturing the olfactory memoryMarie Duchêne knew from childhood that she wanted to be a perfumer. Born in 1973 and raised in the Reims region of France, she studied chemistry before entering ISIPCA in Versailles in 1994, then apprenticed with perfume houses in Grasse.
