Launched in 2012 by Le Labo, Rose 31 Perfume Oil is an Oriental Floral fragrance crafted by perfumer Daphné Bugey. The composition opens with a fresh and spicy blend of rose, cumin, pepper, nutmeg, and clove, creating a vibrant and dynamic top that gives way to a warm and enveloping heart of amber and olibanum. As it settles on the skin, woody notes like cedar, guaiac wood, agarwood (oud), labdanum, and vetiver provide depth and complexity, grounding the floral elements in a rich blend.
Rose 31 Perfume Oil has a strong projection but stays close to the skin. A single spray is sufficient to capture its depth and complexity without overpowering. It pairs particularly well in cooler weather when the warmth of amber and oud can shine through.
