Launched in 2006 by Le Labo, Bergamote 22 is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for both women and men, crafted by perfumer Daphné Bugey. The composition opens with the brightness of bergamot, petitgrain, and grapefruit before transitioning into a heart of orange blossom and nutmeg. It settles into a base of musk, vetiver, cedar, and amber, creating an intriguing balance between freshness and warmth.
Apply two sprays for a balanced wear — the citrus top notes are bright and noticeable initially but fade within an hour. The woody base notes then take over, providing warmth throughout the day. It's best worn during cooler weather when the fresh spicy elements complement the air.
