The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2015 by Aesop, Tacit is crafted by perfumer Céline Barel and embodies the brand's commitment to elegant simplicity. The fragrance opens with a burst of yuzu and citruses, bringing an immediate freshness that feels like a crisp morning walk. Basil adds a lush green note, while vetiver grounds it with earthy warmth. Cloves introduce a subtle spicy tension, creating a composition that is both vibrant and composed.
Tacit's bright top notes are most impactful in the first hour. Apply two sprays to ensure the yuzu and citruses make a strong initial impression before settling into its warm base. Ideal for daytime wear, where it remains fresh without overpowering.
