Launched in 2016, Across Sands by Maison Martin Margiela is a woody spicy fragrance that captures the essence of an ancient journey through arid landscapes. Perfumers Violaine Collas and Mathilde Bijaoui have crafted a composition where sweet honey and fruity notes intertwine with warm spices to create a rich, enveloping aroma. The heart of oud adds depth and complexity, grounding the scent in a sense of lastingness and mystery.
Across Sands has a long-lasting base that blooms several hours after application. For best results, apply it to pulse points and allow it to develop naturally throughout the day. It reads better close to skin than in a wide sillage.
