Lacura by Mendittorosa, launched in 2018 and crafted by perfumer Anne-Sophie Behaghel, is a composition that balances bright citrus and powdery musk with an underlying warmth of vanilla and amber. The fragrance opens with bitter orange and bergamot, creating a refreshing contrast to the soft, enveloping base notes of white musk and cashmeran. Lacura’s heart features a delicate bouquet of jasmine and orange blossom, which adds a touch of sweetness without overpowering the overall composition.
Lacura is best applied in light sprays, allowing its layers to unfold gradually. The citrus notes are bright but fleeting, so focus on the base for lasting wear. It works well in both daytime and evening settings, maintaining a balance between freshness and warmth.
