Launched in 2018, Sirio by Mendittorosa is crafted by perfumer Amélie Bourgeois and stands out for its harmonious blend of fruity freshness and woody depth. The composition opens with a vibrant apple and rhubarb duo that provides an immediate burst of energy and brightness. This fresh start transitions seamlessly into the heart where rose and peony create a delicate floral bouquet, softened by powdery musk and vanilla notes. The base notes of cashmeran, amberwood, guaiac wood, and agarwood (oud) add warmth and complexity, grounding the entire fragrance with their rich textures.
This fragrance is best applied in two sprays to capture both its bright top notes and deeper base layers. The fruity freshness fades within an hour, so it's ideal for daytime wear when you want a scent that evolves gracefully from morning until evening.
