The story behind the bottle.
Michael by Michael Kors was launched in the year 2000, a creation by perfumers Alain Alchenberger and Laurent Le Guernec. This fragrance is a blend of white floral and tuberose notes that create an elegant yet warm atmosphere. The composition opens with freesia and Chinese osmanthus before leading into a heart of arum lily, peony, and iris, all anchored by a base of musk, cashmere wood, and vetiver. It's a scent that embodies the sophistication of a lasting classic.
One spray is enough to capture the essence of this fragrance. The white floral and tuberose notes are immediate but evolve over time, allowing the musky base to come through after about an hour. It's best for daytime wear when you want a scent that feels both elegant and approachable.
