The story behind the bottle.
Feuilles de Tabac by Miller Harris was launched in 2000 and crafted by Lyn Harris. This fragrance is a Woody Chypre that seamlessly blends aromatic and warm spicy notes with the unmistakable essence of tobacco. The composition opens with pine needles and sage, creating an herbal freshness that contrasts beautifully against the rich tones of bergamot and pimento. As it settles, allspice and tobacco dominate, adding layers of warmth and complexity. Patchouli and tonka bean provide a grounding base, ensuring the fragrance remains both intriguing and comforting.
Apply this fragrance in light layers — it blooms over time, allowing each note to reveal itself gradually. The tobacco base can be quite strong, so one or two sprays should suffice for all-day wear. It pairs well with cooler weather but works just as nicely in a warm office setting.
