The story behind the bottle.
Figue Amere by Miller Harris was launched in 2002, crafted by Lyn Harris, and it stands out with its distinctive blend of woody, aromatic, and citrus accords. Opening with a bright burst of bergamot and lemon, the composition transitions into a heart of green fig leaves and spicy notes before settling into a warm base of amber, musk, and ozonic elements. This fragrance is neither overtly sweet nor overpowering; instead, it offers an intriguing contrast between freshness and depth.
One spray on each wrist provides a balanced experience. The citrus notes are most prominent initially but fade into the more complex heart and base notes within an hour, making this fragrance ideal for daytime wear when you want a subtle yet engaging scent.
