Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Aoud Queen Roses by Montale was launched in 2007 and crafted by Pierre Montale, capturing the essence of opulent florals and rich woods. The fragrance opens with a burst of rose, which is then complemented by the deep warmth of oud and leather, creating an intriguing contrast between sweetness and earthiness. Patchouli adds a grounding note, while fresh spicy accords bring a hint of vibrancy to the composition. This blend results in a scent that is both commanding and alluring.
Apply one to two sprays on pulse points — the rose is immediate but fades quickly, allowing the deeper notes of oud and leather to emerge. This fragrance works best in cooler settings or evening wear as it tends to read better close to skin rather than projecting widely.
