Launched in 2019, Arabians Tonka by Montale is an Oriental Woody fragrance that has made waves for its intense projection and longevity. This gourmand oriental profile features saffron, oud, rose, and tonka bean, creating a rich blend of sweet, spicy, and musky notes. The composition opens with the brightness of bergamot and saffron before diving into the deep, warm embrace of agarwood (oud) and Bulgarian rose. Tonka bean adds a creamy sweetness, balanced by the earthy tones of amber and oakmoss. Its sheer strength has made it polarizing in the fragrance community, but its fans adore it for its powerful presence.
One spray is often enough — this fragrance has an extremely powerful projection that lasts for hours. It's best worn when you want to make a statement, as its intensity can be overwhelming in more casual settings.
