The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2020, Alien Man Mirage by Mugler is a Woody Aquatic fragrance created by perfumers Nisrine Bouazzaoui Grillié and Amélie Jacquin. The composition opens with mineral notes and juniper, creating a crisp and fresh aquatic atmosphere that transitions into the heart of reed and watery notes. As it settles on the skin, patchouli and leather provide warmth and depth, grounding the scent in earthy tones. Alien Man Mirage is neither overly sweet nor heavy, striking a balance between freshness and woody warmth.
One or two sprays is sufficient — the mineral and aquatic notes are bright and noticeable initially but blend seamlessly into the patchouli and leather base over time. This fragrance reads best in cooler weather when its fresh, woody warmth can be fully appreciated.
