The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2021 by Mugler, Alien Goddess was created to capture the essence of vacation and summer, aimed squarely at Generation Z and young millennials. Perfumers Nathalie Lorson and Marie Salamagne crafted a composition that opens with coconut water and bergamot before transitioning into jasmine and heliotrope, eventually settling on bourbon vanilla and cashmeran. The result is a fragrance that polarizes its audience: fans adore its tropical charm, while detractors find it reminiscent of dried sunscreen on skin.
Alien Goddess projects well but fades quickly on top notes. For the best experience, apply it generously to pulse points for a lasting warmth that settles into powdery musk throughout the day.
