Marc-Antoine Corticchiato launched Smoky Soul by Olfactive Studio in 2023, crafting a fragrance that balances the earthy warmth of patchouli and vetiver with bright green and spicy notes. The scent opens with Chinese osmanthus and black pepper, creating a vibrant contrast before settling into a heart of Indian jasmine and Turkish rose. The base of Java vetiver oil and Indonesian patchouli leaf adds depth and complexity, while seaweed brings an unexpected freshness to the composition.
Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points — the earthy base notes will develop over time, so there's no need for heavy application. This fragrance reads better close to skin rather than projecting across a room, making it ideal for intimate settings.
