Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Bertrand Duchaufour launched Woody Mood in 2017 as a sophisticated Oriental Woody fragrance for both women and men. This composition is anchored by the warmth of spicy notes like ginger and clary sage, which contrast with the smoky depth of incense and leather. Sequoia and patchouli form a robust woody base, while cacao adds an unexpected richness that grounds the scent in earthy complexity.
One or two sprays is enough to capture Woody Mood's depth. The spicy top notes are bright but brief, giving way to the woody and smoky heart within an hour. This fragrance is best for cooler evenings when its warmth can be fully appreciated.
