Evernia, launched by Ormonde Jayne in 2021 and crafted by Geza Schoen, is a fragrance that balances earthy complexity with powdery warmth. The composition opens with an intriguing interplay of woody and mossy notes, creating a grounded yet mysterious atmosphere. This is complemented by subtle floral elements, particularly iris, which add a touch of elegance without overpowering the earthier undertones. Evernia settles into a musky base that provides depth and comfort.
Evernia is best applied in moderation — one or two sprays are enough to allow its earthy and powdery notes to develop on the skin. It pairs well with cooler weather but can also be worn year-round, making it versatile for different settings.
