Baladin, launched by Nicolai Parfumeur Créateur in 1994 and crafted by Patricia de Nicolai, is a Woody Aromatic fragrance that weaves together the freshness of citrus and herbs with the rich warmth of leather and earthy woods. The composition opens with tarragon, mint, and rosemary, creating an invigorating green and aromatic top layer. This gives way to grapefruit and bergamot, adding a burst of citric brightness before settling into a base of vetiver, vanilla, musk, and styrax. Baladin is a scent that captures the essence of both nature and craftsmanship, offering a complex interplay between freshness and warmth.
Apply two sprays to your pulse points. The citrus notes will be most prominent in the first hour but gradually give way to the warm base notes of leather and wood, making it ideal for daytime wear when you want a fragrance that evolves throughout the day.
