Launched in 2024 by Patricia de Nicolai for Nicolai Parfumeur Créateur, Une Fleur en Mai is a Aromatic Green fragrance that captures the essence of spring's first blooms. The composition opens with a fresh burst of bergamot and grass, evoking the crispness of early morning dew. This gives way to a heart of rosemary, lily of the valley, jasmine, and rose, creating a delicate yet vibrant floral bouquet. The base notes of white musk and oakmoss add warmth and depth, grounding the fragrance in earthy tones.
Apply this fragrance in light layers to let each note unfold naturally. The fresh top notes are bright but fleeting, so a second application may be needed as the day progresses. It pairs well with lightweight fabrics for a balanced wear throughout the warmer months.
