#laislablanca (2023) by Ramon Monegal is an Oriental Fougere fragrance that balances the crispness of pine needles with the sweetness of black currant and dates. The composition opens with a fresh, invigorating burst from pine needles, which contrasts beautifully against the warmth of ylang-ylang and almond blossom in the heart. As it settles into its base, guaiac wood, incense, and sandalwood create an enveloping sense of comfort and depth.
One to two sprays on pulse points allows the initial freshness to give way gradually to its rich base notes. It’s best applied in cooler settings, as the warmth of the woody and powdery accords can become too intense under hot conditions.
