The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2017 by Rasasi, Sotoor Waaw is a woody and warm spicy fragrance that balances the crispness of cinnamon and cardamom with the depth of gurjan balsam and sandalwood. The composition opens with a bright burst of cinnamon and cardamom before settling into a heart of walnut and saffron. This contrast between fresh spice and rich warmth creates an engaging tension, making Sotoor Waaw feel both invigorating and comforting. The base notes of guaiac wood, amber, cedar, and vetiver add a layer of earthy complexity that keeps the scent from feeling one-dimensional.
Apply Sotoor Waaw to pulse points for a more intimate experience. The fresh spicy notes will fade within an hour but the woody and powdery base notes will linger, making it ideal for daytime wear when you want something subtle yet complex.
