Halfeti by Penhaligon's, launched in 2015 and crafted by Christian Provenzano, is a woody oriental fragrance that marries fresh spices with warm, enveloping notes of leather and oud. The composition opens with the crispness of citrus and aromatic herbs like cypress leaf and bergamot before giving way to the heart's rich bouquet of Bulgarian rose and jasmine. This floral warmth gradually transitions into a base dominated by oud, cedar, sandalwood, and amber, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and intimate.
Apply Halfeti in light layers to allow its complex notes to unfold gradually. The oud and leather base requires time to bloom fully, so it's best worn for occasions that span several hours, ensuring you experience its full depth.
