Launched in 2022 by Salvatore Ferragamo, Arte Orafa is a composition designed to evoke the intricate craftsmanship and lasting elegance that the brand has championed since its founding in 1927. Perfumer Julien Rasquinet crafted this scent with a bright citrus-aromatic opening of bergamot and lemon, which contrasts sharply against the warm spicy heart notes of cardamom and olibanum. The base notes of vetiver, oud, and opoponax provide a rich and earthy foundation that grounds the fragrance's lighter elements.
Apply Arte Orafa with two sprays — the bright citrus top notes are vibrant but fade quickly into the warm spicy heart. The earthy base develops slowly over time, so waiting an hour before your next layer will allow the scent to fully settle on your skin.
