The story behind the bottle.
Fig and Oud by Scents of Wood is a Woody fragrance for women and men, launched in 2024. Crafted by renowned perfumer Yves Cassar, this composition opens with the freshness of green notes that give way to the rich warmth of fig and oud. The scent balances the earthy sweetness of fig against the deep, smoky tones of oud, creating a harmonious blend that feels both grounded and uplifting.
Two sprays will suffice as the green and aromatic top notes are fleeting but impactful. The lactonic sweetness of fig emerges within minutes, followed by the deep richness of oud that lingers throughout the day. This fragrance reads best close to skin rather than in a large space.
