Launched in 2020, Fresh Oud by Rosendo Mateu Olfactive Expressions is a composition that balances the fresh citrus and aromatic notes of grapefruit and bergamot with the rich warmth of oud and powdery musk. The scent opens with a bright, uplifting blend of grapefruit and saffron, which gives way to a heart of cardamom and cinnamon, creating a spicy contrast. At its core lies the deep, smoky charm of agarwood (oud), supported by leather and amber, providing an earthy foundation that is both grounding and luxurious.
Apply Fresh Oud in layers for maximum impact. The top notes fade within an hour, but the base notes develop slowly over time. A light spritz on pulse points will ensure that the warm oud and leather notes are noticeable throughout the day.
