Rosendo Mateu launched Nº 7 Patchouli, Oud, Vanilla in 2021 as part of his Olfactive Expressions line. This unisex fragrance is a harmonious blend of patchouli, oud, and vanilla, creating an atmosphere that is both warm and spicy. The composition opens with floral notes from rose petals and jasmine before diving into the rich, earthy depths of patchouli and spices. The base notes of Thailand Oud, Laotian Oud, and Siam Benzoin add a layer of animalic warmth, balanced by the sweetness of vanilla.
This fragrance blooms over time, so apply it lightly to allow the rich base notes to develop. It pairs well with cooler weather but can also be enjoyed year-round for its deep, enveloping warmth.

From Puig apprentice to Master PerfumerRosendo Mateu began his fragrance career at 15 as an apprentice at the Puig perfumery company in Barcelona, later studying at Master Marcel Carles's Roure School in Grasse, then in Geneva with Arturo Jordi Pey at Firmenich and in Paris with Max Gavarry at IFF.
