The story behind the bottle.
Cheirosa '48 by Sol de Janeiro, launched in 2024 and crafted by Jérôme Epinette, is a vibrant ode to the tropical fruits and powdery florals of Brazil. The fragrance opens with a burst of guava and coconut water, capturing the essence of sun-soaked days. As it develops, orchid and lemon add a fresh floral touch, while orris and vanilla introduce a subtle sweetness that balances the composition. The musky base provides warmth without overpowering the lighter notes, creating a harmonious blend.
Apply one or two sprays to the pulse points. The fresh top notes are most noticeable in the first hour, so allow it some time to settle before reapplying if needed. This fragrance reads best close to skin rather than across a room.
