The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2005, 01 Le Maroc Pour Elle by Tauer Perfumes captures the essence of Moroccan elegance with a blend that oscillates between floral and woody notes. Andy Tauer crafted this composition to evoke the warmth of Moroccan spices and resins, balanced by the softness of white florals. The fragrance opens with the freshness of lavender and mandarin orange before transitioning into a heart of jasmine and Moroccan rose, which then settles into a rich base of wood resin, sandalwood, atlas cedar, and patchouli. This composition is both comforting and enigmatic, capturing the layered complexity of its namesake region.
For this fragrance, apply it to pulse points and let it develop over time. The top notes are fleeting but crucial for setting the stage; the base notes will emerge within an hour, so a second application after some time can help maintain that rich warmth throughout the day.
