Une Nuit Magnetique by The Different Company, launched in 2014 and crafted by perfumer Christine Nagel, is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance that encapsulates the essence of an enchanting night. Blueberry and ginger open with a fresh, spicy charm, while bergamot adds a zesty contrast to the sweeter notes of plum and tuberose. The heart melds Egyptian jasmine and Turkish rose into a floral bouquet that is both delicate and captivating, before settling into a warm base of benzoin, patchouli, amber, woody notes, and musk. This composition creates an atmosphere that is simultaneously alluring and grounded.
Apply this fragrance with two sprays — it blooms quickly but retains its warmth for hours. The base notes emerge after about an hour, so plan your application accordingly. It reads best close to skin rather than in a large space.

The poet of HermèsChristine Nagel is the in-house perfumer at Hermès, succeeding the legendary Jean-Claude Ellena in 2016. A graduate of ISIPCA and trained at Charabot in Grasse, she brings decades of experience to one of perfumery's most prestigious creative positions.
