The story behind the bottle.
Desired Earth by The Harmonist was launched in 2020 and is the work of perfumer Guillaume Flavigny. This Oriental Woody fragrance opens with elemi resin, immortelle, and cade oil, creating an aromatic and fresh spicy accord that gives way to a heart of myrrh and iris. The base notes feature red cedar, vetiver, tolu balsam, and vanilla, offering a warm, powdery, and sweet finish. Desired Earth is a composition that balances the freshness of its top notes with the rich warmth of its base, making it a versatile scent for any time of day.
Desired Earth has a slow build, so it's best to apply it ahead of time. The aromatic top notes are brief but impactful, while the warm base develops gradually over several hours. A single generous spritz on each wrist is enough to carry you through the day and into the evening.
