Matrix Metal by The Harmonist was launched in 2020, an innovative creation by perfumer Guillaume Flavigny that marries metallic notes with a warm and spicy heart. This unisex fragrance opens with the unexpected brightness of metallic accords, which cut through the spiciness of nutmeg and cardamom, creating an intriguing tension. The composition then settles into a base of white tea, cyclamen, vetiver, sequoia, white musk, and sandalwood, offering a grounding warmth that balances its initial sharpness.
Matrix Metal projects well from the first spritz but takes about an hour to fully settle into its warm musky base. Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points and allow it to bloom naturally throughout the day.
