HeartThe Soul
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2021 by WIDIAN, Aswan is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance created by the renowned perfumer Jean-Claude Astier. The composition opens with vibrant raspberry and bergamot, creating an initial burst of freshness that transitions into a heart of pink pepper and violet leaves, adding a subtle spiciness and green depth. The base notes of leather, musk, tobacco, and patchouli provide warmth and complexity, grounding the fragrance in rich, earthy tones.
Apply Aswan to pulse points for the best longevity. The initial burst of citrus and fruity notes fades within an hour, so you may want to reapply later in the day to maintain its full depth. This fragrance reads better close to skin than across a room, making it ideal for intimate settings.
