Amber Gold by Xerjoff, launched in 2018 and crafted by perfumer Karine Vinchon-Spehner, is an Oriental Floral fragrance that balances the brightness of citrus with the warmth of musk and patchouli. Opening with a vibrant tangerine note, it quickly transitions to the soft floralcy of orange blossom, almond blossom, and tobacco blossom. The base notes of patchouli and musk ground the composition, creating a scent that is both uplifting and enveloping.
One or two sprays are enough — the citrus opening is bright but fades within an hour. The musky base notes carry the scent for hours, so it's best to let them develop close to the skin rather than projecting into a room.
